Aloha!
I was browsing around the internet for programs to add to my Roku on tv and found this exercise program for seniors and suffers of chronic pain called "Sit and be Fit". I think this is wonderful because it's slow moving, gentle, and provides the option to either sit or stand. So if you're not up for being on your feet you can still get a little workout sitting in a chair. Fantastic! I have tried one episode so far I lasted about 15 mins which I think is pretty good. LOL
Anyway, here's a glance on youtube in case you are interested. I subscribed a channel called Pureflix to get it on my tv. But I'm sure there's a way to hook up your computer / laptop to your tv screen so you can see the exercises better. https://www.youtube.com/user/SitandBeFitTVSHOW
Be well, my fibro friends! Hugs....

That is exactly one of the things I plan on doing this winter. There is, also DVD of chair yoga that I plan to try. The floor is off limits for me so chair yoga sounds promising. Thanks for sharing!

I have several exercises recorded on my tv. One of the pbs channels carry it. I hope you both find the exercises helpful.

Thanks! I was feeling okay yesterday afternoon and thought I may try going to the gym and then costocondritis hit and well, I didn't do any exercising last night. I am going to try this for sure.
