Saturday Hope You Slept

Good Saturday to all! I hope as I type this at 6:15 AM EST you are all sleepy and snug in your beds for many more hours. It is supposed to be warm and rainy here in E PA today. I am up because I work today, though we are in a slow period of the year so it likely will not be too busy. * Hands out virtual coffee to everyone.* Anyway, will check back in later to see how everyone's day is going!

Mililly, what Fantod said. Exceptions always exist, and prove the rules. We all have something ----- and if it's a common ingredient in vaccines, or cereal, or whatever, then absolutely avoid them! I don't ask peopel with peanut allergies to eat peanut butter, and never would. HUGS an dpurrs.

My left shoulder is jammed up again. Still gotta go rake and vacuum. Whee? Sunday day of rest (for whom?!)

My stomach has been good for 14 hours now! Crossing my fingers and toes and praying it stays this way! I have a migraine from no caffeine in a week so trying a coke zero on ice my dr said start with that before doing coffee because less caffeine and will be easier on me. I had toast and a banana because i cant keep my sugar up. I never wake up under 160 i am at 124 this morning blood sugar and thats after waking up low during the night and eating something. I hardly ever go low except since i been sick its a few times a day. So doing heavier on carbs today.

My pain is sky high right now its overwhelming plus the migraine ugh............ I am getting some energy back i feel less weak today!

Happy late afternoon Sunday. Just a short note.
My low back pain is getting worse each day. I used to get breaks, but not anymore, even with the tramadol. Also pain down both legs, and tingle feet sometimes. MRI on Friday. I sure hope it shows the problem, or I’ll go completely batty.

Went to 4 stores gathering supplies. OMG the humanity. Icing my leg and pressing pause for a moment. Stocked up on laundry detergent and cleaners because the pricing is crazy. And you know I break out in hives if I use anything not scent and dye free. Fortunately PD could probably clean his clothes with battery acid and be fine so I lucked out with some coupons for things I can use on his stuff.

Glad you are feeling better- ish AngelaJo.

Ida-- Tramadol won't help much with nerve pain. I think you will find answers on your back with the MRI.

Milly -- Medical exemptions are a thing. I am sure that would be considered if we would go to medical rationing.

But I don't think we will. People eould call it Communist and flip their wig.

Leo-- If we have more women in STEM self- cleaning houses would be invented by now!

*Sends virtual chocolate* OK, off to ice, ice baby!

    Welcome to the Perseid meteor showers, the "biggies" usually every year. (The Leonids beat 'em one year IMHO).AND today much of the northern hemisphere will see 5 to 99% solar eclipse.
