I've been tired and slow getting started today, and I'm running behind on everything it seems. I'm already stressed about that, but now I have weird stuff going on addition to the stress. I was running on the treadmill and feeling fine, and my left leg went numb from the knee down a couple times. Feeling returned fairly quickly and nothing hurt at the time, although now my lower back is hurting. Then just a few minutes ago I realized I was bleeding, and my period isn't due for over a week. I only missed one birth control pill which shouldn't cause this...I'm so frustrated by everything right now and I don't know if it's even worth calling my doctor tomorrow, although I know this is not dermatitis. I'm due for a gyno appointment but not a pap so I was going to skip it due to the anxiety it causes, but looks like I might have to get checked out. I swear, something's going on with my body, and it's definitely not caused by dermatitis. I honestly just want to break down. And I need to drop something off at my parents house and I hate going there in this kind of mood..

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Your risk of death or serious complications beyond "ow, that shot hurt!" are typically...

I hope that you were able to get in and out of your parents house quickly and with no drama from them. Sending you lots of support.
I'm so sorry to hear it's all mounting up right now.
I agree, I think the numbness is nerve/back related. And while I'm glad to hear it remedied itself quickly, it's still unsettling as I know how much running helps you.
As for the period, do you think it was spotting? Or an actual cycle? I'm sure you know more by now.
Being a girl who never is regular due to my PCOS, I've heard all of the explanations of what is normal to causing an alarm. I would be more concerned over spotting vs an off cycle. As so many factors can throw off our cycles even for the most regular women. Stress, sleep, hormones, exercise, and etc. Heck, even just a boost of estrogen from something like Soy products can do it.
Anyways, I'd maybe wait and see if other symptoms arise. And just keep track of it all.
Sorry it surprised you.
