I keep ripping my bottom fitted sheets down where my feet are. This is my third in a year. I cant remember if the last one I bought is 600 Ct or 800 Ct. I move so much in my sleep - roll back and forth and dig with my feet - where am I trying to go? Often I wake up in pain from rolling back and forth - esp. With these broken ribs and I wake up digging with my feet - probably the most exercise I get these days.
Ironically - my last sleep study showed little movement while sleeping. Every morning I wake up my blankets and many pillows are on the floor. I have knocked my CPAP off my bedside stand from being so rowdy while sleeping more than once and also wrapped the tubing around my neck.
Back to the sheets - do any of you have this problem with ripping your bottom fitted sheets with movement and have any suggestions for my next purchase of sheets ? - something that wont rip .

Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Maybe you need to get deep pocket sheets so they will go over the corners and down under the mattress,
They also have straps that fir the corners of the bed and hold the sheets down.
Hope you find something that helps.
Also, weird as it sounds, try ditching fitted and simply folding a flat sheet under for your bottom sheet. They're bigger and usually the weight of the mattress can hold them in place better Just a thought.
Good luck:-)

Would satin sheets possibly have less 'purchase' and thus be less likely to rip? She hasn't ripped any yet, but she does too and turn a lot from the pain and discomfort some nights.
My docs started me on Requip due to the severe pain I have a night in my legs, it was hard on my stomach and took a while for me to get used to but my legs are much better and I no longer dance the Cha Cha every night in my sleep.
Hope this helps.
Fortunately, my legs don't hurt all the time but last night and right now they are. I ended up putting biofreeze on my calves and shins last night and was able to have them calmed enough to fall asleep.
I really don't want to add another new med and after reading about requip - no thanks. I am very sensitive to meds and they have the potential to make me sick for weeks .(except the meds I have been taking for years) . I do take Trazadone at night for sleep - over the last year I decreased my dose by 50mg - so I now take 100 mg - the 150 mg was making me a total zombie the next day - my former Dr kept increasing it after my Mom died and never brought the dosage back down.
