I tend to now just ignore it and go to sleep. Im sorry i havent an answer for you that can make it better, except try the magnesium for trial time of one month. : )
The only reason I ask is that I have a lot of leg pain if I do even an inch more than I should...I have to tuck pillows around my legs, sometimes a shower helps me (I can't or I would take a bath)...I use heat to try & alleviate the pain...
I also try to stretch my legs, prop them up, change positions frequently and emit noises of general frustration...hugs!
At first I thought it was not getting enough exercise. But that didn't correlate. Then I thought it was too much, but staying in bed longer didn't help.
I always wake up with this, even though I don't usually go to bed with it. I wake up in the middle of the night. All I've ever done is take OTC painkiller and used heat creams. But I'm really in the dark about what to do, too.
