I just called to see if there was any cancellations. There wasn't, but there was an opening for September 6 at another location closer to my house. Thank goodness. I am so glad I don't have to wait until October 10.

That is great news. I remember waiting over 3 months to see my first rheumy, and it seemed forever. The wait times can be horrible when a person is in so much pain. Good luck, it will be here before you know it.

Well..my thyroid might be a problem. I have a high TSH but normal T4. TSH increases when your thyroid isn't producing enough thyroid hormones...if only the TSH is high, it could be early or subclinical.
