I don't know if the pains in my legs[and cramps] is coming from the Fibro or not. Anyone else have this pain. It hurts so bad it wakes my up in the middle of the night and I have to get up and try to walk for the cramps to go away. Then, of course I can't get back to sleep. Is this common with anyone else ? f so, is there anything you've tried that helps? Thanks

Once in awhile it happens to me, I have Long suffered from "Chronic Dehydration"..My "Early Symptoms" are : Muscle Cramping, Feeling Off Center, Rapid Pulse (Up by 20 Beats Faster then my "Normal".).
When we Get even Slightly Dehydrated our Electrolytes go Out of Balance..and Just Drinking Plain Water will Dilute the Electrolytes Further Yet...so You Have to Drink Like Juice or something...Make Sure your getting Both Glucose and Sodium..Eat a Banana..Take a Quality Supplement with the Essentials for Electrolytes. I have had to go to the ER before I Knew and Understood what was always Happening and have them IV me.

Cramping or charley horse? I think lack of potassium can cause charley horses if memory serves me correct.
Good Luck
- Too much vitamin D (this one sends body cramps all over if I take my RX vitamin D)
- Drugs like Lipitor for cholesterol
- Lack of Potassium, magnsium and calcium
- dehydration as Dakota Rose stated
Hope you feel better!
My doctor said some studies have shown that low iron levels can contribute to that as well. He suggested I try taking low dose iron supplements at bedtime and see if it helps.
Good luck!
