Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

Have you ever seen or considered counselling of some sort to help with some of this anxiety? I know that, for me personally, CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy - gave me a lot of applicable skills to deal with some of the mindsets brought on by my pain and my situation.
And of course this place is always here for musing and venting on the beast of fibro.
Hope you're doing a bit better today, and welcome again.
Are you on meds for depression? You have to fight it with all the tools you can find. I, too, have sleep issues as I imagine most of us here have. I am been reading The fibro manual by a doctor who has fibro and I am going to start working on her sleep recommendations. Without good solid sleep, everything in our body suffers, and while I drug myself to sleep, I know I don't get good quality sleep.
Hang in, look for all the resources you can find and keep loving him. If he is true, he will learn to cope too.
Since I lost a husband perhaps due to fibro (when I had to stop working, he started backing away, but he did not love me, I think), I would suggest not worrying about the matter of whether or not you'll lose your boyfriend. Maybe you will. If so, okay, you'll make it by yourself and it could be a lot easier on you not having to worry about pleasing someone else.
Just take care of you. Be kind to you and get the best care of your illnesses as possible. Get support. Hugs.
PS, the guy making the pitch for products--this isn't allowed per protocol.
Talk to your Dr about not sleeping , it really does make the pain and your overall health worse to not get good quality and quantity of sleep. Take care.
