I started at 100mg for two weeks with no improvement but as soon as I switched to 200 it was as if someone turned on my lightswitch. I would still get fatigued but not that overwhelming kind of fatigue where u just can't think, function or do anything at all.
Recently went off because I can't afford it right now and I think it started to lose it's effect on me. But I'll definitely go in for another prescrip when I have something coming up, like xmas..........or a family gathering that I want to be alert for.............LOL.
Not all doctors want to prescribe this but if it works it works. HOpe it helps and keep me posted.

I was bummed, but also didn't want that syndrome
Here's the downside: I have always had a bit of OCD, and Nuvigil enhances it. So, if I don't take it I can't get out of bed...or I take it and I'm spending 12 hours re-caulking the bathtub...lol (must be perfect yanno).
The second bad thing about it...I over exert myself. Since I mentally feel better, my mind wants to go go go! So I push my body to do more than I should. Since it helps with pain, I'm able to push through the discomfort and tackle projects that last all day long. By the next morning, I feel as if I was dragged by a pick-up truck over a gravel road for miles.
1/2 a pill doesn't do much. A whole pill puts my mind into overdrive. I LIKE the overdrive, but my body doesn't.
