Hello my fibro friends,
I am having back pain on my left side of my low back and...... the front of the top of my thigh in very painful and numb.
I went to my primary dr and he said that I had a bulging disc. Gave me Naproxen and said if that doesn't work come back in 2 weeks.
Have any of you had numbness with tingly, burning pain? This sounds more like an MS symptom but supposedly my rheumamtologist said I don't have MS.
I have a chiropractor but am unsure of seeing her because I don't know that should be manipulating a bulging disc. :/
Look forward to anyones input . Blessings, PJ

I was tested for MS, and it turned out to be the fibro.
Hang in there.
Finally went to primary care dr and he sent me to pt and every time I left I was a little better. Took prob 6 months to finally get feeling back in my finger but it hasn't returned. The pain was better in a month or so I believe.
Chiropractors don't seem to know the limit of their ability. This one was absolutely positive he could fix me. My pcp said I was on the path to a surgery and it as good I came to him. My pcp was right.
