My doctor has suspected for sometime that I have Fibromyalgia. This past Feb. 2 he finally diagnosed me and started treatment.
I am going through some major ups and downs at the moment. Even though he had suspected it, it never really hit home till now.
I need help, need advice, and need folks that will just listen.
Thanks for listening.

It will take a lot of experimentation to find a regimen that works for you. First and foremost, having a great doctor who understands and effectively works with fibromyalgia patients is critical. Many of us have found relief through a combination of hot Epsom salt soaks, heated blankets, heating pads, aqua therapy, gentle exercise, acupuncture, dietary changes, supplements, rub on pain creams, massages, etc. It takes a great deal of patience and persistence, but you can find relief! Best Wishes.
