I agree w/ the others about needing to go through exclusionary testing.
Meanwhile try upping your nutritional supplements. I recently regained energy with more B!2. Calcium helps muscle cramping.
Unfortunately there is no easy answer to what you ask. Also fibro is such that different meds and diets have varied effects on different people.

I seriously hope that you don't have this illness. I wouldn't wish it on the worst person in the world. It's no joke and many people do not understand it, including, unfortunately, doctors. Good luck in your search for an answer. Do a search on the web and you will find hundreds of websites with information out this disease.
Hopefully it's not fibro. Lactose or gluten intolerant?Try going a couple of days without ANY dairy or gluten (no beer or soy sauce). See if it makes a difference with your digestion. Fibrobis not as common among men
There are so many illnesses that mimic FM that it is important to rule them out before you jump to FM. Lyme, Polymyalgia, MS, Lupus, etc., are conditions that are treatable.
My suggestion before was just based on my own experience and not having knowledge of the current adequacy of your nutritional intake.
Unneeded extra vitamins etc. won't improve fibro if that is what you have.
When you medical insurance comes through it will be a simple thing to ask your doc to check nutrient levels along with the other obvious things he will want to look at.
