muscle twitching?

Hi All,

Is muscle twitching part of this? I get random muscle jumps (like a little twitch or reflex moving)... they seem random. Most frequently in my hands (thumb) or upper arms or thighs. I'm not talking about the weird eyelid twitch i sometimes get when I'm stressed... this is like a little jolt twitch but it's one off and it doesn't hurt... it's a weird sensation and other than it is a little disconcerting to feel you don't have control over your body - it really doesn't bother me. Just curious if this is part of this though?

I get this too--I think. It's a little twitch, like on a single strand of muscle (instead of a muscle group). A little pain momentarily. I get them on my thigh, upper arm, hips. I don't get this when on Gabapentin; but now that I stopped these few days, I get them again.

A single twitch does not bother me; but collectively, on the whole, they make me tired and not want to do any physical activity.

Yes, muscle twitching can be part of the package. If it bothers you, try a supplement called Malic Acid. It is naturally found in the skin of fruit and comes in pill form. I take 800mg of Malic Acid a day. Make sure that you understand how to use this supplement and any risks associated with it. Take care.
