Is anyone here in the practice of meditating on a regular to semi-regular basis? I was curious about your experiences. Do you have a designated space for yourself? How often are you engaging in meditation?
I have the day off from work today so I went to exercise class early. I found that part way through I was tearry eyed. I know exercise can release tension but I haven't had an experience like that in a long time. I have practiced meditation in the past and felt it was helpful. I think I need to pick up the practice again.
