hello all!
new to this board because I’m new to Fibro. I have had intense gastrointestinal problems that’s main symptom has been nausea that doctors can’t figure out. I’ve positively got acute chronic gastritis and insanely methane high sibo. None of which treatments have relieved my nausea which seems to be linked to morning bowel movements...but here are my newest (or I’m mlre aware of because it’s worse) symptoms:
* I get an intense chill (sweats a robe and 4 blankets while the house is at 76 and still freezing)
* my chest and joints get super agitated to touch
* nausea soon follows
* heart feels like it’s racing
* sensation to have a bowel movement comes but I can’t
in addition to this on a regular basis I am getting forgetful. I’ll be talking to someone and just as fast as a blink of the eye, I cannot remember what I was talking about or even saying and I can’t regain the thought.
To any Fibro sufferers does this sound familiar? What are your thoughts? Nausea is my biggest complaint but i understand it can happen with Fibro... any thoughts and opinions are welcomed. I’m desperate for a diagnosis and for relief

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Another day, another ouchie?My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Your risk of death or serious complications beyond "ow, that shot hurt!" are typically...

From what I read, your form of SIBO is the constipation version. What has been tried to help resolve this?
Have you had a complete blood panel done to rule out thyroid or other problems? Has a blood sugar problem been explored?
Have you had a sleep study done? Fibromyalgia interrupts the deep sleep cycle with short bursts of high intensity brain activity. Your muscles require deep sleep in order to repair themselves from the days activities. No deep sleep means higher levels of pain and major cognitive problems. Definitely get a sleep study done to identify any issues and in turn medication to help.
Fibromyalgia can cause nausea. Mine is directly tied to high heat. I'm heat intolerant and will definitely have problems with nausea on hot summer days.
I hope that you can find some answers. I found some of my best help from seeing a functional medicine doctor. This is an MD that takes a more holistic approach. They do take insurance. And, they run a lot more detailed tests than the average MD. Take care.
