Hey all, im so frustrated and overwhelmed. I started with my back flaring Tuesday, its been the past 5 nights i sleep less than 4 hours tops and am up by 2 or 3 am for the day. First from the sinus infection then from my back and today was up at 2 am from a major fibro flare. I was going to stay home but mom called me really depressed so i went there. I didnt do much i helped her make a quick stir fry for pastor and wife for lunch but that was it then we went to town. I stayed in the car other than i think 3 stops? And one was just a small bread store and the other walgreens but only went in the front to get my diet mountain dew and diet coke that was on sale, mom lifted them for me. I had to go in because she needed pop too and it was buy 2 get one free one deal per person. I know artifical sweeteners arent good for fibro but please noone preach to me on it im a brittle diabetic i have no choice. I get people telling me sugar or honey are safer and no they are not when you rely on tons of insulin already a day. I am so close to tears i can barely walk right now. Dad carried my grocerys all in for me and anything not needing to be cold is waiting to be put away. I dont know what else to do. I am suppose to get an emg of my left leg and foot tomorrow to see if its the neruopahty making it numb or my back going down my leg. also therapy. but if im this bad i dont see myself being able to go. Its very damp out and im wondering if thats the reason i got so bad over night. I am doing heat on me and my oxy and motrin and robaxin. I can not take a hot bath i use a shower chair for saftey issues allready.
