There is a book for dummies on it. Here is the link to Amazon about it:

I will keep you informed if I do try it. Good luck to you if you decided to do it too!
Usually I don't go along with trying anything new. I've been ill with this fibro (I guess it's fibro) for 24 years. I used to try different things to see if they would help. NOTHING ever helped me. So I quit trying various miracle cures. Until this week when I ordered this book. I'll see what happens. I don't like bread anyway, so this shouldn't be too hard for me. My chiropractor said he went wheat free and now he has more energy. That's why I decided to give it a try. I'm not very hopeful, though. As I said, I tried so many "miracle cures" in the past to no avail.
I hope this is the answer!!! Yeah, sure.
I would say to go ahead and try it. It certainly can't hurt and you may find that helps. Eating mostly meats, fruits, and vegetables (or veggies and fruits if your vegan) can be beneficial overall, no matter what your condition.
Thanks for recommending the book. I just checked out a few books from the library with yummy recipes. My doctor recommends that I try it for at least six months, so I am on board. Best Wishes to you.
