I get a "full body" migraine when I travel. I think I have narrowed it down to the rapid swings of airpressure (from 2000ft to 8000ft and back) but it also may be the 25% decrease in oxygen.
I'm thinking about asking the airline to give me extra oxygen in flight. This is an extreme hassle and expensive. You know how airlines are these days!
Has anyone a.) had a problem with airpressure issues and b.) come up with a good solution?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
I have to fly on three planes over two days, just about the longest haul flight you can do, and looking for any advice on coping with the fatigue and side effects of this. I asked the airline if I could reserve an front row seat with extra leg room but they only give them to people flying with babies. Other than that Ive been told to take a neck pillow, small blanket, sleeping pills, nose spray, drink lots and move every hour. Any other advice would be great. Good luck to everyone else traversing the world too :)
