Mine is a Beurer IL 30 (I bought this overseas. The IL 50 is the one selling in the USA).

I’ve had this lamp since 2013.
I also have a UTK Far Infrared Natural Jade and Tourmaline Heating Pad. Small Pro (23.5 x 16). It sells for $129 but sometimes you can find them for much less on Amazon Daily Deals. I got mine for about $75.
Both of these items are similar to the Korean Migun bed in that they use minerals which vibrate at different frequencies to promote healing.
