Hi, I am new to the group. I was diagnosed with Fibro back in 2007. I also have psoriatic arthritis, anxiety, and depression, just to name a few. I have been on long term disability since November because I had a total knee replacement, and everything flared up afterwards. My fibro, my arthritis, and I just haven't felt good since. My job just terminated my insurance because I am considered "disabled" now, and am no longer eligible to be covered as an employee. I have to pay for COBRA premiums to keep up my insurance. I had no notice at all, my coverage was terminated 3/1/19, and I received the COBRA papers dated 3/5/19. My husband makes too much money for me to qualify for Medicaid, and the ACA rates are outrageous, so I don't think I have a choice now. Just really stressing right now.
