GM all! I have been around and reading but have nothing to contribute to the discussion. My migraine shot is due the same week as Aunt Flo -- always a recipe for disaster. And I started chiropractic care since my neck is in messed up. I have been adjusted before, but that doctor really hurt me yesterday -- like I saw stars. Anyway, thinking of you all and here lurking if you need me. (Mostly horizontal is the best place to be.)

Hugs Puppymom good to see you and hope you feel better! I was a week late on my emgality and been having a lot of migraines since. My INS is fighting paying it to had to get a sample from my Dr.
