Hello wonderful people!
I am writing to ask if anyone has experienced global pain (pain all over body, especially limbs) after eating anything??? I started to eliminate foods years back that gave me pain, now anything that I eat produces pain except in my stomach! I eat ground chicken, avocados and some squash blended, that is all, if I eat other things, quinoa, potatoes, the pain is worse, but I get pain after meals. I have not worked in 8 mos, I take baths after eating to manage the pain. Anyone else here experience this and did you find out what caused it?
ThanksĀ
Bess

88FIn 1969 we decided to get married without a big wedding. Most of our friends and family liked large over the top for the time kind of weddings and I did not. First, I didn't see why spending so much money for one day when we have the rest of our lives to live. I have never regretted not having a big formal wedding. Another issue is not liking all the attention. Also, we have gone to big...

We're all troubled.WSo, to remind ourselves we're not at rock bottom (this is a reverse optimism thing I learned as a kid):We are not living on the island of Krakatoa when the volcano goes boom!Yeah, okay, that sucks.***Toay in 1942, Pierre Laval announced that the way to free France was for Germany to win WW2. Pierre did not win a lot of friends. When the war ended, quite quickly he was tried...

But did anyone ask a neurologist what spinal nerves would be involved? I ask b/c a friend with a spinal cord injury had total gastric paralysis for a while, and after some surgeries for the spinal cord issues, his GI system did restart.
Anyway, you might try to find a book on a rotation diets, and see if you can eat foods and foods they may crossreact to every four days. Also, the elimination diet I went on included lamb and rice which were supposed to be less allergenic. Have you tried starting with less allergenic foods?
As time went on, I found other things that caused problems, like anything related to chamomile--stomach cramps. So I have avoided what causes the worst symptoms.
If this is a food allergy problem this is really the only way to address it by food alone, and as I said it is complicated. You could try every other diet in the universe and it wouldn't help with a multiple food allergy problem--
Anyway here is a link:

I use homeopathy, too. Haven't found anything that helps with citrus allergies.
Leaky gut and food allergies are linked, and most doctors either know nothing about it or very little.
I don't know anything about this particular book, but it may express (better) what I am trying to explain.
I have never found a diet that "cured" me, but figuring out the foods that bother me the most has been a help I think.
