Hey, everyone! I decided that we should get together tonight and everyone is invited here. Bring whoever you like and whatever you like! If you feel like discussing something or need to vent or even if you just want to join in, all is welcome. We will talk about anything, joke about anything.

So bring your drinks, wine glasses, shot glasses, junk food, and your party hats! Because it's Friday and time to party! Party will start whenever you like and it will continue till whenever it ends! Whooohooo!!

We had a smaller one here about four years ago. I was in the eye doctor's office on the sixth floor of a medical office building, and everybody was kind of looking around to see if anybody else was feeling the floor shake LOL

all of them like waiting! my appointment today was 920 but it was 10a before he saw me, my internist is even worse!! usually 1-1/2 late!!!

wow! my VA appts are like that. I will have to wait 30 min to an hr!!

I can share one from my son - he has a genetic syndrome and looks a bit "different" although he is, in most respects, normal. When he was just 18 and just beginning to go to the doctor on his own, the doc (not our regular - he was on vacation) brought in a new young doctor and, as if my son wasn't there, said "Guess what syndome he has!" The other doctor stood there and stared at my son for a minute, then said "Down?" Yeah...good one...with a tested IQ of 150+ (and he's ADHD so test low). Yeah...uh huh...treated my son like a damned lab rat!

I just really hate the docs that don't believe in fibro!

I haven't had that experience yet - although I do have FRIENDS who don't believe in fibro. I try to avoid discussing it with them.
