I've spent so much on everything trying to find relief and my bathroom cabinets look like the aisle of Rite Aid or CVS because of FM.
With diet changes, aleve, and arnicare gel, this has been the best 9 days of my life! I was able to skip my 1 of my bedtime meds!
I want to sit and cry! How do you explain to anyone "normal" that you have some freedom from the pain, the inability to sleep and lack of energy?? As I prayed this morning I said, "God, only You know what I have relief from! Thank You!!!! Praise Your holy name!!!"
Even hubby has noticed I AM MOVING! PRAISE GOD! I will be returning to Wal Mart to buy another tube of Arnicare Gel. I pray this isn't a fluke but even though it has rained, I've felt less stiffness & therefore pain.
DOING - 1 gallon of water, NO white flour products, Aleve 2x daily, and arnicare gel 2 - 3 times per day.

So there's a Bigfoot festival going on soon and Hubby is soooo enthused.I've spent so much of my life outdoors. I'm 99% sure their whoops and thumps and such are probably people up to no good tryihng to scare other folisk outta the woods without getting in trouble. Why do I say that? There's moonshiners in my DNA. And people who've lived in the forests since before white folks. If something was out...

Oh happy day, :-)
I think I need to change my diet and try and get all my headaches and stomach issues under some control..as I have been feeling totally out of control with all my symptoms:(
Thanks for your post today..I feel encouraged to press on and keep trying to find what works best for me..
Be blessed today:)
The only thing I am currently struggling using Arnicare Gel (WalMart = $7.44) is after feeling WONDERFUL & SORT OF "NORMAL", the bad day was like a kick in the gut. It's odd how you get used to coping with feeling horrid that when you get some relief, you act manic. LOL Hubby asked if I were doing "meth". Yes, I moved that much! Resting in between, as usual, BUT MOVING.
So this comes in pills???? Where do I get it?
I am like CarrieinSK, My skin is very reactive to every thing.
These tablets are very small and must be used in a specific manner. They are sublingual. You allow them to dissolve under your tongue. They taste slightly sweet.
Do not smoke, drink anything, eat or brush your teeth a half an hour before and after using them. Follow the dosage directions.
You are asking for Arnica tablets not arnicare. Take care.
I have successfully used the gel since 3/5/2015. For the first time in 12 yrs, 10 months & 4 days I CAN MOVE. On bad days, I also need to use Icy Hot but I have even cleaned my cupboard doors!!!!! I can MOVE! PRAISE JESUS! I still need to rest in between doing things but at least I CAN MOVE!
Add this to Aleve 2x day, water, no white flour products I want to sit & cry from joy!!!! Only other FMers would understand.
You have mentioned that you have made dietary changes and many people have found relief from making such changes, including myself. Some individuals with fibromyalgia have found relief from removing various foods from their diet. We can be intorelant to certain foods and when we consume them they can trigger pain. I follow an anti-candida diet (similar to paleo) and have removed night shade plants from diet as part of my regimen. These dietary changes along with other changes (supplements, pain creams, aqua therapy etc) have helped me considerably.
Best wishes to you as you continue on with your new regimen. Also, you make want to track your activity levels, weather, foods eaten etc. to help you to see what things cause you to flare up. Take care and may you continue to feel better!
