Help!!! My Fibromyalgia is causing fake symptoms that feel completely real. Everytime I get stressed or irritated my legs slowly start to go numb and feel heavy and I feel like im going to faint.. I get poor circulation like symptoms everytime I stand up but the weird thing is that a lot of the times the "serious" symtoms will magically go away on their own when I'm distracted and not thinking about it. I've had a lot of issues with my anxiety in general causing physical symtoms that weren't real and I have never been able to come up with any strategies to soothe the symptoms. Does anyone know any tips or tricks to help get rid of Fibro/ Anxiety physical symptoms?

Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

Good luck.
Anxiety will increasingly get worse over time if it's not being treated. What starts out as nervous feelings will and can manifest it'self into a way that mimics a heart attack. Your body is in the process of shutting everything down that is not critical. And the faster heart rate is to help you move faster if you were in dire danger. But with anxiety, you're not in danger. Most often you are just doing everyday routine things. Your saliva glands will stop working, you'll sweat due to the faster heart rate, you start seeing funny things, you'll sense doom. But it all goes away once you can ground yourself and calm yourself down again.
But it will continue to amplify each time. Unless there is help (via meds/therapy, restructing your stress-life, and etc).
I do hope you take the advice here. Follow up with your doc, get a confirmed diagnosis and rule out anything more serious. At the very least, I'd strongly suggest keeping a journal of symptoms and stress loads. Even the foods you eat....you'll be surprised at what you find.
