Hello everyone - just wondering if the months from late November through end of February are harder with fibro ? Seems like I am seeing a pattern with my flare-ups. Could be weather and also aftermath of holiday busy schedule :)

When the temp is below 55 degrees, I do have more pain. The blood vessels constrict and that means ouch.
I hate hot weather though, It just saps the energy (what little I have).
ARE YOU KIDDING???? I tried to be polite and didn't crack up into hysterical laughter until much later after the appointment.
Took my pilates class today, so now, I hurt all over. But it's the only exercise I take once a week to keep some semblance of strength.
