Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Let me first say that I think I saw this mentioned on this site, but can't remember for sure. Anyway, I ordered some yesterday - Morton's Epsom Salt Lotion. From my reading, it seems to give the best results and is scent- and additive-free. Soaking in the tub is okay for my lower body, but most of my really bad issues are from my neck down - shoulders, clavicle, chest, upper back, middle back, arms and hands. So, this seems to be a good alternative. I've tried magnesium supplements, but they kill my already sensitive stomach.
If you have used this, would you mind sharing your experiences, along with any other helpful go-alongs. As usual, whenever I'm sitting or resting at home, the moist heating pad (1 or 2, depending on where the muscle pain is) are on.
Thank you.
