I feel like all of a sudden I feel these electrical impulses, sudden shocks in my hands starting at my fingertips and just kind of shooting through up into my arms. It's not a consistent flow of current it's kind of like someone playing a game of operation you know the one where if you hit the sides it electrocute the little man and the man's nose turns red. I feel like my whole body is being played with like that. I'm getting better at dealing with the overall aching in pain but the sudden ones just are jarring does anyone have any advice on how to deal with it any and all suggestions would be helpful. Maybe it's the cold weather making it worse I ache all over I'm just exhausted if I sit down for to long I fall asleep but even when I'm resting and feel these pulses of electricity and pain it really bites.

Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Well..my thyroid might be a problem. I have a high TSH but normal T4. TSH increases when your thyroid isn't producing enough thyroid hormones...if only the TSH is high, it could be early or subclinical. Will wait and see if they want to do anything about that or just recheck it at some point. Either it'll even out or my T4 will drop. Meanwhile it's hot and I'm working with Karen, and I have no...

6 months ago with RA. I am 62, with fibro for the past 25 years and chronic fatigue. Then I was told I have ADHD!!! Really???? My latest Dr. Has me on meloxicam. Now he wants me to see a psychiatrist! I live in major pain. Work is hard. I am constantly moving, lifting heavy boxes and pulling product out of coolers at 35 degrees. I want to try to calm my inflammation changing my diet. I was told today by another Dr. I need to go on a plant based diet. No sugar, no grains,no meat and no dairy. This all causes inflammation which causes pain. Going to try and do this to see if I can feel better. I plan on working many more years.
I have tendon and tendon sheath inflammation problems and one theory my doctor had about the arms is the pressure causes symptoms similar to having your hand or foot fall asleep and getting pins and needles, but a more momentary and recurring sensation.
