Good to at least see the positive side about getting a checkup. :-)
I wonder how many of us go into an appointment with our doctor and actually come out having learned something! Probably not the norm.
They are always telling me to exercise, especially lately because of gaining weight, they dont want to hear that it hurts, they just don't get it!!
I recently started taking benadryl & melatonin at night, don't know if you have tried it, I hope you find something that helps soon, I know how wrecked I am if I don't sleep.
I still go to my PM for med check-ups & misc stuff, but I refuse to see another doctor if I don't already have the answers to feed to them for the records.
Maybe someday they will get their s#!t together, but until then I will treat them as if they are just practicing to be doctors... (pun intended. LOL)

Achyellie, the dr. did mention melatonin. It didn't work before but I don't think I tried it long enough so I'm going to try again.
I've been using it for six years. The morning stiffness and the migraines are gone, I still have body pain and take oxycodone for this. Low dose, 5 times a day. Find a sleep specialist, it's what we're lacking, the good, deep, restorative sleep.
I go to see him every couple of months for refills, and to talk to him about making small tweaks to my routine.
It is easy to get frustrated at docs who can't offer solutions. They would offer them if they existed.
Plus many of us have the constraints of a bunch of other co-morbidities and face a lack of compatibility of some meds. etc.
Re: Chronic fatigue-- even though it is chronic, doesn't mean we can ignore it. We still have to take care of our condition.
The best to you.
Walking has helped me....but it's not easy on a lot of days., I started out doing every other day. It's good to let your body rest.
I have a daughter who used to think if she was up (on the weekend), I should be up.....I finally trained her to let mommy sleep until 8 or 9.
I hope you find relief and sleep will definitely help!
Hugs!
