I have my MRI of my Left elbow and forearm next Monday night. As I have said before if the MRI is normal then WTH. This cant be fibro - it just cant. In addition to the sharp pain I have been having in both elbows and arms , I now have this crushing type pain mostly in the left arm . It is not a spasm . Doesnt feel like nerve pain. It feels like my arm is being crushed. I dont know what the point of this post is - the crushing pain is freaking me out and in general I am scared.

Women have some strange pains that come from heart problems. Could it be that? I know you are having arm and shoulder problems, but maybe you should go to the ER to be safe. Especially if you feel short of breath.

It is my elbows and forearms. The left one started Dec 28 th after a repetitive activity. The right one started Jan 28 th after being the only arm I could use for the first month. No shoulder problems. I guess I should of gave more background info. PT hasnt helped .

Wow, I wish I could help you with answers, Milily. You sure have suffered a lot with this. Wait and see what the MRI shows before getting too anxious. (easier said that done). If it's super crushing this weekend, I would go to the ER. Take care.

As said, go to the ER if it's *crushing*. Just to be safe, okay? Even if it is *not* cardiac, better safe than sorry. Healing hopes to you....

Milily - I agree with the others that you should go to ER. I know you hate ER but please be safe. Take care of yourself.

Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Well..my thyroid might be a problem. I have a high TSH but normal T4. TSH increases when your thyroid isn't producing enough thyroid hormones...if only the TSH is high, it could be early or subclinical. Will wait and see if they want to do anything about that or just recheck it at some point. Either it'll even out or my T4 will drop. Meanwhile it's hot and I'm working with Karen, and I have no...
