I copied this from an article under "News & Info" has any one tried this? If so did you find it helpful? Also does anyone know what the rest of the multi-system treatment is they only mention cortisol?
The effectiveness of this multi-system treatment was further confirmed through the analysis of the cumulative findings of over 40 independent physicians and over 5,000 patients.
As shown in the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome study, cortisol doses of 5 to 15mg a day have been shown to be safe, with little or no associated risk while having the potential for significant benefit for CFS and FM patients.
"Cortisol treatment carries significantly less risk and a greater potential for benefit than treatments considered to be the standard of care for both conditions," Dr. Holtorf explains.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
After doing some research on adrenal fatugue and how cortisol levels can play a major role in how we feel I don't see how it could hurt.
However, they do say to talk to your Dr. or pharmacist if you are any medications before taking it.
I have tried it and Im still on it- it made a dramatic diff for me.
I can tell you more if you want. What they RX is called "Cortef" and I take 20mgs daily but your Dr. probably wont start you this high- or shouldnt anyway. You start low and build IF you need to. Blood tests say I am really low, so thats why I take that doseage.
Hello dear- have you thought any further about Cortisol treatment?
