Fibromyalgia Support Group
You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

I work with an integrative medical doctor and one of the things we did was an anti-candida protocol. I was put on an anti-candida diet, given anti-fungals, and given probiotics and other products to enhance my gut health. I began to follow this protocol in the fall of 2013 and began to have great improvement. This protocol has helped me get control of my fibromyalgia symptoms and I still follow the diet combined with the paleo diet to this day.
A great place to start in learning more about following an anti-candida protocol is with the book: The Fungus Link by Doug Kaufman. He also has a television show and website called: Know the Cause.

It is my opinion that anyone diagnosed with fibromyalgia address candida overgrowth. I have done a multitude of research on this topic and found that candida can coexist with fibromyalgia and exacerbate fibromyalgia. I have a blog and I talk about Foods to Avoid if you have Fibromyalgia and also about candida. My blog is: www.kickfibro.com
Best Wishes to you!
