You're not alone in your pain. Fibromyalgia is a condition that can be difficult to diagnose and manage. If you're trying to cope with pain throughout your body, sleep problems, general fatigue, or other common fibromyalgia symptoms, you're in the right place. The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.

I'm currently reading these books on fibro and chronic fatigue syndrome:
"The Fibro Manual", by Ginevra Liptan, MD (a fibro sufferer herself), published in 2016 (quite recent).
"Reverse Therapy", by John Eaton, PhD
"Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself", by Joe Dispenza
All talk about the mind-body connection. I'm learning a lot from them. Just want to share.
