Mine is still fairly low..but no longer to the point I get Dizzy when I stand Up !!
On a regular basis, my BP is really good, except when I am flaring.
While flaring my BP responds to the stress of pain and shoots up
When "they" make the "rules" for "normal".... those are just loose guidelines, not writ-in-stone tablets handed down from On High. (Despite what doctors tell us!) We all "live" somewhere on a sliding scale of "normal", not dead-center.
I had a problem with Neurontin, though, I've been taking it and Cymbalta and both increase BP. As a result, my blood pressure fluctuates between the standard "normal" ~110/70 (rather than my usual low normal ~90/60) all the way up to borderline high 140/90. Unforetunately, the docs haven't caught it at its highest so they ignore it and tell me to keep taking the meds.
All that said- I don't know why many of us do.
The symptoms of adrenal fatigue are virtually the same as fibro without the pain. I really think my fibro diagnosis should be reclassified as low adrenal function but that's not about to happen so I treat myself using OTC supplements such as adrenal cortex, the Indian herb ashwagandha, a very high salt diet, panathetic acid [B5] and magnanese. Other than some fatigue if I do much, I feel good. BTW, might mention I had this for 29 since I was 26.
A couple of notes about the herb ashwagandha: Don't ake it if there's any chance you could be or will become pregnant as it can cause miscarriages. It also shouldn't be take if you have ulcers or severe inflammation such as RA. The great thing about it is that it balances the body by normalizing thyroid function, lowers cortisol levels to help you sleep--those of us with adrenal fatigue often have high cortisol levels at night that prevent us from being able to go to sleep, it's used in herbal weight loss products, helps mental function and memory and strengthens the immune system. I'm finding it very helpful in helping me get to sleep and stay asleep. Here are a couple of articles on it:
