So my dad called me earlier to tell me that my uncle (who lives in MN) killed himself last night. As far as we know, there wasn't any event that precipitated it, and no one really knows why he felt he had to do this. I wasn't really fond of him, he struck me as being a bit shady, but I would never have wanted anything to happen to him. And my aunt doesn't have any family out there, she has a brother in Nevada and everyone else that she's close to is in MA, so I'm kinda worried about her. I haven't talked to her at all and I don't know if she's going to stay out there or come back here-she may not even know yet, she found him and was home when he shot himself so I'm sure she's in shock. Anyway, thoughts and prayers for my family would be greatly appreciated

You have them. It's a hell of a shock, and even if you have a 'history" of (whatever)? It's never really seemed it had a "reason" or "event" in my family... GEntle purrs to you and yours.

Miki I am so sorry to hear your news. It is always a shock when a member of family takes their life. I am sure your family will search for answers at some point. Just know that my prayers are with you and your Aunt as well as the rest of the family.
