I am experiencing severe back and neck pain. I found out I have a herniated disk in my neck but I have been told by the doctor that most of my body pain is from the fibro. I don't do well with medication. Have any of you used physical therapy to help with fibro pain? My body feels like it would crack if someone touched it.
Any advice or thoughts you can share will be greatly appreciated.

You start getting all "The Matrix" and muttering...

I think that you'[d be better off in a yoga class, doing Tai Chi or a water aerobics class for arthritics. The latter is especially great as it is done in a heated pool. No weight on your joints etc. It is a very slow paced class.
Good luck with whatever you decide to try. Take care.
If you are doing PT I would recommend warm water therapy.
