But isn't that new, stretch denim great? If I go out, I usually wear jeans.
OZ, Yup, gotta agree, Lovin' the Thongs (Flip-Flops, right?)
And Kaydak, same here "No bra", in the house ever....In the winter now, still no bra....why bother when we are wearing big bulky sweaters anyway!
I now only use high end sheets. (HSN has a deal with 800tc sheets made by BELLA for two payments of $30)......I'm in love with them. We had 600tc before. I am so spoiled!
in my 30s I started to wear umm...Looser Clothing...Comfy Clothing...but still showered, dressed everyday...
right about the same time I hit my 40s...my Style Changed completely..."House Clothes."..as the Only time I left the house was to work, shop...appointments...
when I was Forced to Stop working, the Depression slapped me to the floor...and I became the "Jamma Queen" what the Hell was there to get Dressed for ?? no one ever stopped over, I Rarely had any place to go...WHY Get Dressed ?? I would take a shower, and get a fresh pair of Jammies on !!
Now I dress most days...I Must cause I sure have alot of clothes to wash all the time !!
my style has regressed back to my 30s...Loose comfy Jeans, big over sized sweaters and Ts...sandals/moccasins all summer...tennis shoes or boots all winter...
Oh...I did Splurge and get me a FINE pair of slippers...they have the memory foam on the bottom...yea...I am in Love with Slippers !! Who Knew !!
you would never catch me doing my nails lol! that's Way too much work! and my hair?? well as you can see it's all cut off he he he...
i guess i'm just a tom boy. former Marine truck driver, nails would just get chewed up while workin under the hood. but it's a habit to keep the nails short even tho i'm a civilian now. hair is too much work, make up is too much work, and nails are Way too much work!
but at least you keep your self well groomed lol. no one can tell you have fibro... good for you! lol
and as far as everyone else goes, i'm glad i'm not the only one that goes everywhere in the bed clothes! lmao
I also have a wash and wear haircut - in the shower, out, towel-dry, and go. I've been that way for years - never liked fooling with my hair. A for my nails, I don't have time or energy to do them, so someone else does that. I get a good manicure and it will last me a couple of weeks. If I'm going somewhere that requires dressing up, I plan my manicure for either that day, or just a day or two before, so my nails are done.
Now TODAY, when my office is still closed and my car is still snowed in, I'm still in my PJs at 4:00 p.m. - but days when I have to get up and out, stretch jeans, soft shirt, and oh I forgot I have a whole closet of Merrell clogs of many styles from athletic shoe to Mary Jane. Can't wear heels anymore but that doesn't mean I can't have cute shoes!
There are days I still cant get into those jeans (IBS still makes tummy swell) but there are somedays I can fit in them. For those times belly is swollen I re vert back to sweats, shorts and pajama bottoms - will leave the house in some crazy outfits and frankly don't care about my appearance tho I try not to look like huge slob when I am out with Karen and/or the kids.
I was a dancer for 21 years so for most of every day I
