Just got told that I have Fibromyalgia and thats all they are figuring out after all the tests that were ran. Where can I find good information about it or does anyone have any helpful info. Please help!!!!! Im only 20 and need help to have a life

You will find so much information just reading the post.
Every one is different, even though we suffer in similar ways.
So what works for one of us may not work for us all. Its really quite a long journey to find our way. Or at least that is how it is for me.
There are many different medication you can try, and then there is all ways watching what you eat, and not over taxing your self.
Some days will be better then other, and mainly remember your not a lone. We are here, and we understand that pain, and frustration you will feel from time to time.
For me its all most daily, but I try just to breath, and take it one day at a time.
I am so sorry you been diagnosed with this, and at such a young age too.
My heart goes out to you. But with time, and patience you will find you way, and there are so many here that still are able to have a wonderful life, with love and happiness.
Just remember that its ok to feel what ever your feeling at the time, and to know that the next day may be better.
I am sure the wonderful people here will come along and give you some great advice.
