Does anyone have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) along with their fibro? I'm pretty sure I have it and I get the results from my sonogram this week. I have almost all the symptoms and can't help but think it's related to my fibro and Hashimoto's. After all, the fibro started after a burst cyst on my ovary. I don't wanna go on birth control to treat it and I know there are other options. I've started drinking apple cider vinegar as I read it can help symptoms of all three conditions. If anyone has this and can give any advice on treatment, that would be great. Thanks

Exercise, a healthy diet and weight control are all very important. If you smoke quit. PCOS is nothing to fool around with. If the doctor is recommending birth control/hormones then I would seriously reconsider not following their recommendations. Take care.
Good luck with your appointment. I hope that you are successful in quitting smoking. That's a tough thing to do. Take care.
