The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
Nascardale...that is really sweet, in these days people are not like that much anymore, you have a good guy it sounds.
I also agree that some meds can make you irritable. You might check the side effects.
Take care, Elizabeth

That is one of the reasons I feel it's important for us to create a "sanctuary" for ourselves. Mine is my room.....over the years, I have added to it and now it's pretty complete. TV/DVD/CD players, mini-fridge w/ freezer, adjustable bed, book shelves with all my favorite books, a rocking chair, a garden outside my (outside) bedroom door with a hammock swing, and my laptop.. In fact I can shut my whole corner of the house off from the rest, including my dressing room and bathroom. And there are a lot of times that is where I stay because I am just not fit company for any one.
This is a wonderful support group, we understand what you feel, it is normal to feel frustrated and wanting to be alone at times.
You have all of us to support you, just message me if you need to vent; I will be there for you, hon.
Take care and please let us help you if you want.
Love and gentle hugs,
MaryKathryn

My husband is a happy hermit.I resented this fact most of our marriage (19 years this month). I was forever trying to pry him out to go places..Now I am so grateful to be learning the way of life he has treasured.
My home is my castle.I am the queen, he the king. We do what we want, when we want. And how we want. Our visitors are few and far between. And we are happy.
