Another day, another ouchie? My bruised achilles tendon (don't ask) makes my foot numb. Wonky on meds, whacked it.Now, as to fibro:A lot of reports are going around some parts of social media that fibro (and dang near anything else) are caused by post-Covid, post-flu, post-vaccinations, post-pick-something.1. Your risk of death or serious complications beyond "ow, that shot hurt!" are typically...

I will try and put this gently as possible. IF your husband is verbally attacking you for being sick, that is abusive. If you attempt counseling with him it may help but it could also worsen the situation. You sound fearful as if you're afraid of his next "fit". NONE of this is good for your Fibromyalgia. Stress only worsens our pain & symptoms, and it sounds like you have a handful of stress! Nobody deserves to be treated the way it sounds as if he is treating you. Especially when you're ill already. Talk about "kicking a person while they're down". I'm not a marriage counsellor so I'd never tell you to leave, BUT if this marriage does not improve with counseling you will never feel less pain from Fibro. Everything I've ever read on this subject recommends you REDUCE as much stress as possible. You're in my thoughts/prayers and I'm hoping your husband will finally "get it". Good luck to you kitty and please keep posting, let me/us know how you are doing?! Gentle Fibro hugs, Musta

If you are in fear, you need to get out, would be the only thing that I could add
They will help you come up with an exit plan as well as help for getting to your friends if that is what is best. Do you think he would come after you to your friends and hurt you? These type of decisions they can help you with and give you safety and time to work it all out.
Sending hugs, love, and comfort.

They can help you find a local shelter and resources to hlep you through this situation. Please be safe.
These wise women have said what I wanted to, but did not have the information on hand to give you. Please listen to them! Get yourself to a safe place and KNOW we are all rooting for you! Bide your time until you can leave safely and then Godspeed to you. Best wishes and keep us all updated. God bless you too sweetie it will get better and you do deserve better! Gentle (hugs)
It's GREAT to read you're formulating a plan. You know in your heart of hearts and understand this marriage is not a healthy relationship. I am ecstatic to read the title to the house is in your name but nonetheless it IS the matrimonial home and may need to be divided equally or equitably, I'm not a lawyer and do not know where you live. What the laws are in your state. How long you've been married on and on. You will need to speak with an attorney but that can wait until you're safely out. For now get your medical stuff in order. Squirrel away whatever cash you can without him noticing. Clear your browser history daily. If you do not know how google will tell you the way to do it. The car title I'd not stress over! Unless its a brand new $30,000 car let him keep it! You can always buy another cheap used car, same with furniture. These things ARE replaceable. YOU and your health are not. You need to try and not stress too much as you bide your time. Do one thing at a time. Heck one thing a week and soon you will be away from the toxicity abuse brings. Above all be safe! Do not tell him of your plans. When you leave someone like this can be the most dangerous of all. I don't mean to scare you just want you aware is all. Again we're all rooting for you!! Take care, be safe and soon you will have an abuse free life. Sending strength and prayers, Musta
