They are starving my poor husband.

He showed me how much weight he has lost since being in that place last night. Holy crap he has no gut at all anymore. He is skinnier then I have ever seen him in my life. Now I realize that jail/prison food isn't going to be that great but come on. They feed them at 7, 12 and 4 so there is a large gap in between that those guys are hungry. Now I will be putting money on his books so the guy can eat. What a mess not to mention they are bringing us to court for child support for him. Smh I am tired of this mess.

Oklahoma uses several private prisons to house their inmates. The two corporations who own these prisons are either the Corrections Corporation of America---CCA---or the GEO Group, Inc.

CCA had a net income of 162 million dollars in 2011 with total assets of over 3 billion dollars. Three billion dollars is 3,000 million, which helps to put it in perspective.

The GEO Group had a net income in 2011 of over 77 million with total assets of over 3 billions dollars.

These two corporations did not amass such assets by providing inmates with the proper food or care.
