My son was recently charged with online solicitation of a minor.  I am really scared of the outcome of his case. He is a first time offender and although mutual consent the young lady is 15 and he was 21.  As far as we know this is an isolated event and they were talking for 6 months and it was almost as if they were having a long distance relationship with the intent to meet up eventually. I have no doubt he will be convicted of something just praying for lesser sentence that prison.  

I have been staying strong for family, but I tell you it wears on you. I'm not sure if this an issue or truly a bonehead mistake by a young man.  Any pointers to recognize habitual signs?
