I must've missed him getting arrested and being charged with anything. I remember the raid and that was all.

My son plead guilty to cp too... and he didn't do anything.
We don't the story. Even if he was into cp we still don't know the story.

All those people who left comments only prove how unintelligent they are! They have ZERO facts but have already judged. These are the people passing the outrageous laws that some day... will bite them all in the *ss! They even find a way to through their politics into it

I think people comment try to meaner and more nasty than the comment before the one they post.

Those kinda comments are why I am no longer on Facebook. Unfortunately I am no stranger to the publicity but luckily no celebrity so should eventually blend in reasonably. It's amazing how closed minded people are, if it was dropped on their doorstep I highly doubt they would be quite as quick to judge. The media are terrible for twisting their stories, believe me, the only ones who will ever know the exact truth are those directly involved in the case.

You're right, Nakohichi, and I realized that right after I submitted it, but I got busy at work and wasn't able to comeback and clarify until now. I meant, I was hoping he wouldn't be charged with anything. Last I had heard was about the search, I didn't know he had been charged with anything.

You know once again I just wonder - first of all as Nak said some people take the guilty plea for the promise of a lesser sentence, We also do not know the types of CP he had if any - there are so many types now that it is not always kiddie porn. Then also remember that the laws about cp possessing and viewing are based on the premise that the possessor and viewer are re-victimizing the victim and I personally do not agree with that at all - not for a second. But I also think it is not surprising that he would take a plea becasue it is the feds. And lastly it seems very strange to me that both of them (connected in only a business sense) were both possessors and viewers of CP (although it is a widespread phenomena or so it would seem) - not necessarily drinking the Kool-Aid here

The comments on this story show just how dangerous the average american is. There is a sickness in this country where people like to see others suffer. Americans are so quick to demand death as a punishment...I say you go first! It 's no wonder that the US is hated in many countries. You get what you give.

wow I am still stunned by this I thought at first they were on a witch hunt......and you guys are right I read some of the comments my god they are so quick with the fire and brimstone I wonder how some of them would feel if it was someone from their family

And the 16 year old was age of consent in his state?? So what exactly is the problem? here is that ick factor we have talked about on here - we might think it is gross for an older man to be interested in the 16 year old but the fact is the age of consent does not say as long as the other partner is not a lot older than you! It seems weird to people today but not so long ago folks would not have batted an eye - older men were often with much younger women

OMG!!! The comments are horrific!! I feel sick. We are living a nightmare we can't wake up from. How can I hope for a legitimate investigation and legal hearing if there are people with thoughts (like those in the comments of the news story) in this world?
