Prohibited or unattended access to public restrooms will be next. I can see it now-----a registrant has to go to the bathroom and he has to get a pre-appointed "chaperone", a Wal Mart employee, to stand behind him to make sure the "pervert" does not do something wild and crazy in there.

Of course, if the registrant does not stand in a certain way or turns too quickly after peeing or turns around before completely zipping up, he will be charged with some other ridiculous charge such as some kind of indecent exposure or something.

Going with my post above and with the thread where they arrested the guy in the park for just "looking at children", I can also see another scenario while shopping at Wal-Mart or any large retailer.

If a registrant at Wal Mart or any large grocery store, while picking up his bacon and eggs, sees a child and looks at her for more than a given amount of seconds----which will be determined by statute----he will be booted out of the store, never to be allow back.

Or our zany legislators could pass a law forbidding "aggravated visual sexual contact with a child" and make it illegal. Think how many votes that would get them with the mothers!!!!!!!!!

And Good God, men, whatever you do stay away from the women's clothing section!!!! A one second glance at the women's underwear would get a registrant booted for sure.

They could also post a "Registrant Nazi" at the entrances of all shopping malls. He could have a hand held computer of some kind and ask for IDs of all the incoming customers. He could then compare names of the potential customers with a national sex offender database. If there is a match, no entrance for the registrant.

These are all tounge in cheek scenarios but, I did not think such stupidity and complete foolishness with these kind of proposed laws could ever exist in a country with so many educated people as we have in the United States.

This is a prime example of what mass fear can do to any group of people.

All this has gotten so out of control and ridiculous, I almost want to laugh. I thought this was a somewhat intelligent country. Has everyone gone mad? I see a pattern here. Jews, Blacks, heck even women who were and still are being treated as a minorities. "They" just need to ridicule someone, anyone. How can this madness be stopped? There are no witches, and the mass hysteria shows a lack of intelligence.
As I said before. Are those who have looked at adult porn a danger to society since they can become potential rapists? NO!! Are those who get behind the wheel after one too many drinks potential murderers and killers? NO!! School shootings happen, and kids get shot. Parents leave their children unattended or drive carelessly, sometimes getting them killed. Those are more realistic dangers to our children...don't you think?

Don't forget facial recognition. It's gotten so good that the FBI uses it to scour passport photos, Facebook, Google+, of pictures people have been posted. When riots occur like in Ferguson or just public events like the super bowl. And camera use is absolutely exploding!!

I wouldn't doubt that airport cameras are tied in as well. Our whole life now is "Candid Camera."

Just so that you know only one state has made there list fully public hear and two other state's have restions on who can see the list and who is listed publicly on it you also have to give them (the government) set info before you even get near one of the sates info.
Personally I dont see these bans happing and I would be stunned if they did.....Australia is a pretty big place.

in all honesty rew? it wouldn't take someone standing at the door scanning ID's. one state already has SO stamped on drivers license now. all it would take is to make it law for all new drivers licenses for SO's to be chipped. gods!!! just think of carrying that with you 24/7!!! put auto scanners in at the stores and wham. the ability to track every SO by way of that chip...... that thing i posted yesterday mentioned something about imbedding a chip into the skin of SO's. but so far all they use is GPS.

hell some stores already have scanners in place that reads the shopping history on your credit card.
