Ok here is my theory. Murders can get out of jail and they dont have to register as a dangerous criminal. Same with drug dealers, some who even sell and give the drugs to kids, dont have to register as a threat to either. So why do sex offenders? I would not want to live next to a murderer, not knowing and it could cost you you life. Why dont they havea registry for murderers then? and i would most definetly not want to live next to a drug dealer. The crap that happens with drug dealers, still put my life in danger, especially if a deal goes wrong. So truely, why so much BS with sex offenders? Some are guilty and some are falsly accussed and charged. However, they are less likely to be the neighbor that will take your life and put it in harms way. I would rather have a SO as a neighbor then a murderer or drug dealer. So if they wanna keep this SO registry then maybe they should have a registry for the other two as well. Its only fair. Honestly the way this is the Government does this as a hate crime against SO. I just dont see how they can get away with treating SO so brutally. Those who are guilty yes they have scarred someone for life, but they didnt take someone physical life away. I am so sick of the hate from the government.

And the next thing I am going to say please dont take offense as I am not trying to offend anyone just making a statement about my thoughts and feelings. There are so many uptight, yuppy people out there with shallow minds. They see someone on the registry and they automatically judge and think they know the whole story and they act and treat a SO like they have the Black Plague. I mean if you dont know the whole story or even the real story dont judge them just bc you see their picture posted saying what sex crime they got accused of, doesnt mean you know anything. The government and the news are terrible with SO stories and the treatment the SO get. I am quite frankly sick of the treatment to them. Something needs to be done and justice needs to b served.

This so frightening on so many levels - the fact that ICE can get away with sending an official document to other countries that reports what is in a person mind (the intent to commit a crime) with out any evidence at all is absolutely appalling and terrifying.

Sounds like this guy has a lawyer and will fight it and personally I think he should contact the ACLU and other human rights activists groups. I wonder what the US public would think if the knew that the US government is fighting to keep those people in the US after they have spent years telling them how very dangerous they are! So they restrict where we live, where we go, who we contact, and now leaving the country. And my question is where is the authority to do this? What law in the US has ever said it was ok to do this? The AWA says absolutely nothing about restrictions only the registering.
