Oh Advocate you made an amazing point there with murder victims. I can't count the amount of time the Black Dahlia images have been shown. At one point there was a whole website of unusual murders with images of the victims. There's tv programs about it all again with real images of these victims. I didn't kill them, I have no intention of murdering anyone but they are shown everywhere!

Independent I would hope my hope isn't false but I need check it out fully but thank you I do need check on the if moving from another state ruling. Don't get me wrong I have seen that in some of the other states I was looking into. But so far not in Ohio. I am not wanting to move North I would prefer south because I hate winters But will take what I can get at this point. Most the southern states do have in their laws about those moving from other states. Which disturbs me because That is double laws IMO. They make you follow your sentence from another state but follow their rules and regulations on your life. WV has some of your better laws regarding us offenders unless its a "predator" by their definition.Here you can live anywhere even beside a school it don't matter, You appear in person 1 time a year unless you have a change then you have 10 business days to get it reported. As for Halloween There is nothing special required of you and you can live with your family as if nothing going on. Advocate I agree with you and Rew but this is how society thinks so therefore we have to conform or be outcasts which is what has happened and I really do despise life anymore. I didn't like life before now I really hate it. I had just put my life back together after my divorce and went and got a truck driving job making decent money and right now I have to work for the federal Minimum wage and by the time taxes are taken out I clear about $200 a week I went from a 50k a yr job to that it seems overnight. I pray all the time that things will get better for us all no matter where we live

I am a victim of CP and I can not tell you how much it makes MY blood boil to hear people tell me that I am revictimized if some one looks at my picture. That is a bunch of BS! You didn't revictimize anyone, get that out of your head right now!

I could have Murdered a child did my time, moved to a community that did not know me and lived life completely normal. If anyone knows a state in the southern states where the winters are mild that resembles Ohio as for the supreme court of their state has ruled that to retro act such laws are unconstitutional and they don't require the sentence be carried out of lifetime registry for possession of CP Please hit me up and let me know. I beg (and I don't usually beg) of you. Just let me know. I will be getting my Veterans disability around March or April So I would be prepared to make the move. And I would even offer money for this to go away

The only states I know of that has ruled the retroactive being unconstitutional are OH, OK and MD.

thank you very much klw9653 Your information did include a southern state (Oklahoma) and from what I have been studying so far is it is a 10 year requirement for me and although there is some major weather issues the chance to one day be free again for a second chance at life. It honestly is taking me off the levels of contemplating giving up on life all together and placing some hope back into my eyes. I know I need to dig farther into the information to see where that gets me but I can't express how thankful I really am. I don't really want to leave the United States I practically gave my life for this Country's agenda to free Kuwait so Naturally I do love this Country. There are many lies being told when it comes to CP. People are NOT revictimized because their picture is viewed. This is just a cheap legal move so CP victims can continue to try and get money. Also economic models of supply and demand in no way apply to CP production. They is no exchange of money to view CP on the web and therefore no economic involvement in those cases. I truly believe that this country will NEVER stop the registry. Too many people make money off these convictions and that is a simple fact. When a so-called SO Treatment Group meets the only thing that happens is everyone sits in a circle, and talks about their day. Offenders are made to describe their crime at the start of each meeting. Lets not ever let them forget what they did. The one that profits: the psychologist that runs the group at 75+ dollars per person per meeting. My Grandmother always said that there were lies and damned lies. You decide which one this garbage falls under. As for as going to another country, remember that the U.S. requires you notify them of any trip out of the country and they WILL contact the police at the place your going and tell them that you are there to commit a crime. This garbage never ends!
