Hi everyone! I have family therapy with my son tomorrow. It always gives me some anxiety because my ex husband and ex mother in law are always there. It's hard to keep things mellow and not hostile, but someone I manage for the sake of my son. (My ex is an idiot!) Anyway, if you pray, could you throw some up for me and for my son? If you don't pray, just some happy thoughts my direction. :) Thanks so much.

I truly believe family therapy is beneficial, especially for people in our situation who have to handle so many things due to the restrictions and societal views of our loved one crime. Even if your ex is "an idiot" hopefully you have a competent therapist who can really help you all with understanding and compassion.

Oh, I long for the day our family can be together for some family therapy. My son was just sentenced to 10 years this past friday. He received 787 days for time already served in county. During his time in county my beautiful daughter-in-law did filed for and obtain a divorce. It broke my heart not to mention my son's heart but just yesterday I received a letter from him and she has told him she wants to eventually reconcile their relationship. He spirits were of course very lifted by this and yet it will be a slow reconcilation with his sentence still needing to be served. And yet it gives him hope for his future and this is good!

I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
