This is what happens when there are rules with a zero tolerance enforcement. I don't know when people will learn that nothing in life is black and white, but rather many shades of gray. These zero tolerance rules gave us such horrible concepts as mandatory minimums at sentencing, which leaves no room for any mitigating factors.

The judges can be very biased themselves. I for some reason have it stuck in my mind that the reason we have these kind of ridiculous situations is because of busy body stay at home moms whom have nothing better to do then create drama to make their day more exciting. They are the ones writing their congressmen demanding these rules be put in place. And with the for profit industry invading every aspect of the court system, politicians are all to happy to comply with these women's wishes knowing they will get kick backs in the form of campaign contributions. For some reason, I hate soccer moms . They think their herd of children is the only thing that matters in this world and everyone else can go f**k themselves. This maybe misplaced anger, I haven't decided that yet.

Can someone explain to me why the BULLY, that threatened this little boy with bodily harm if he didn't pull his pants down, was not repremanded.

There are laws against bullying. I would think that it could be a case of child abuse.

This is all very confusing to me. They punish the wrong child.
