I have my son's 'confession'. I heard the ICE agents speak with my son. One of them said that they found over 2000 'suspect' cps on his computer. This was half way into the talk they had with him when they got him to the squad car.
And then my son said that he knew there may be 1 or 2 in there. I heard it in the officers voice, there was a silence and a couple seconds of silence.
They thought they got a big time child porn producer. When they first broke into his house, after sticking the gun to his head they accused him of producing, editing and distributing.
Those few seconds and the sound of this officer ... he knew they didn't get who they thought. All of a sudden he knew that this was just a young man who had a couple cps among the over 2000 (2335 to be exact) other music videos. But they decided to go ahead with this sham of a arrest and accusations. After that they tried to build a bigger case against him. Also put a cp with a 3 y.o. in full description on the front of his plea. He was never even charged with that cp but they refused to take it off.
So... I know others here have gone thru similar situations. Do you think those agents really think they're keeping the children safe, or do they realize they're ruining lives with false accusations?
They get awarded and praised by their comrades. Is this worth it for them? In my opinion these are the sick people. They spend every day of their lives thinking about child porn and sex with children. How can you be normal? And then they arrest people like my son. Do they really think they're right?

Then the female lead detective told him to leave us alone. I think the officer was enjoying the pain we were going thru. They arrested several people and they are calling a child predator sting. Don't get me wrong viewing CP is wrong, but and don't feel long jail sentences are the answer. I was molested as child so this is very hard for me to deal with. I love my son and want to get him help.
I sincerely doubt that she had your or your son's welfare in mind.
These are merciless and often sadistic people and they have the full force of the government on their side.
They are so amoral that I knew a lot of inmates in prison with more integrity than some of these law enforcement people. Seriously. A lot of inmates are in prison for petty crimes, non-violent offenses, such as DUIs, burglary, drug possession, etc. but these cops do things much more harmful than any petty crime. The cops will attempt to rob a person of his freedom for years, destroy his reputation, and ruin his family with absolutley no qualms even when they know the punishment does not fit the crime---or worse yet, when the guy is innocent. What is worse than lying, manipulating evidence, or coaching witnesses to lie in an attempt to obtain a conviction? Not much.
Yes, law enforcement is very shady and anyone who aspires to be a detective is a little creepy.
